This website is operated by MWO Media LLC registered in the USA. 175 SW 7th St Suite 1517, Miami, Florida 33130, USA. References to “MWO Media”, “we”, “us” or “our” are hereinafter references to MWO Media LLC. When you purchase a product from MWO Media, including the Options Texting System, you enter a legally binding contract between our business (MWO Media LLC) and you (the purchaser of this product), and you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
(1) You have a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to this program.
(2) You understand that all materials and content are intended for information and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional or legal advice. Therefore they should not be relied on to assist in making or refraining from making a decision, or to assist in deciding on a course of action. MWO Media does not guarantee and does not promise that following any of its methods will ensure any particular results. MWO Media shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of, or relating to any such reliance.
(3) This program contains psychological techniques. You are entirely responsible for any and all actions arising from the use of these techniques. Neither MWO Media, nor any of it’s officers, staff, advisors, representatives, and designees shall be liable in any way whatsoever for damages — indirect or direct — that arise from you using the techniques in this product.
(4) You waive any claim whatsoever against, and hold harmless MWO Media and it’s officers, staff, advisors, representatives, and designees.
(5) All of MWO Media’s materials and content are protected by intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright, trademarks and other relevant international laws. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, reselling or otherwise modifying any material you purchase from us or download from our website. You must use our materials and content strictly for personal and private use and not for any direct or indirect commercial purpose. It is prohibited to make any commercial use, including but not limited to, selling, leasing and lending for a charge any of these materials or content without prior approval of MWO Media.
(6) We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
(7) Your payments are processed and protected using 256 Bit encryption.
(8) We collect personal information about you through and in connection with your use of this website and your use and/or purchase of our products and services. All information that we collect about you is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions, and which may be accessed from the Options Texting homepage or via here: (https://optionstexting.com/privacy-policy).
Products – Refunds, App Access & Subscription Services
(9) Products, Subscriptions & Refunds
MWO Media offers a variety of digital products, courses, bundled packages, memberships, app access passes, bonuses, and promotional offers, including the OPTIONS Texting System.
By purchasing a subscription product you agree to be charged monthly via the method of payment used for your purchase according to the schedule specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Subscription products are billed monthly at $39.00 USD or as detailed on the sales page from where you commenced your subscription. If you choose the subscription, you will receive the trial period detailed on the applicable sales page and checkout page and will then be billed $39.00 USD every 30 days for as long as you continue your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to support@optionstexting.com. You are not eligible for a refund of any subscription charges made prior to proper notice of cancellation. To ensure timely notice of cancellation, this should be submitted at least one business day prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Options Academy is a subscription product and may include a trial period as detailed on the applicable sales page and checkout page. It must be cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Non-subscription products are eligible for a refund within 60 days from receipt of order. You can request a refund by writing to us at support@optionstexting.com. Any requests made after 60 days of initial purchase will not be eligible for a refund. The cancellation and refund policy will be stated on the sales page and as such you should read carefully before purchasing the product.
OPTIONS is a non-subscription product sold for a one-time payment of $27.00 USD, and any request for a refund will be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The specific products, features, bonuses, access periods, and pricing included with your purchase will be clearly displayed on the applicable sales page and checkout page at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, standalone products purchased through this website are one-time payments.
(10) Existing Purchases & Legacy Products
Products, subscriptions, memberships, and services purchased prior to the introduction of newer package offerings, pricing structures, access periods, or refund policies shall remain governed by the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of purchase.
Changes to current offers, pricing, guarantees, bonuses, package contents, or refund policies do not create any entitlement to refunds, credits, price adjustments, or retroactive application of newer terms to previous purchases.
Customers are not entitled to receive newer products, bonuses, package inclusions, or promotional offers that were not part of their original purchase.
(11) Legacy Subscription Plans
Customers enrolled in recurring subscription plans prior to the introduction of newer product offerings may continue to be billed according to the subscription terms agreed to at the time of signup unless and until such subscription is cancelled in accordance with those terms.
Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided for under the terms applicable to that subscription at the time of purchase.
You may cancel an active subscription at any time by contacting support@optionstexting.com. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of previous subscription payments.
(12) Options AI App Access
Certain products and memberships include access to premium features within Options AI. The duration and scope of any included access will be displayed on the applicable sales page and checkout page.
Where Options AI is included as part of an active Options Academy membership, access to the app is dependent upon maintaining an active Academy membership.
(13) Standalone Options AI Purchases & Subscriptions
The Options AI App may separately offer optional recurring subscription plans, pay-as-you-go access packages, credits, passes, or other paid services. By purchasing any such product separately from your original purchase, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, and conditions displayed at the time of signup or purchase.
Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time through the app account settings or by contacting support.

(14) Subscription Billing & Cancellation
Options Academy subscriptions, including subscriptions commencing following a complimentary trial included with an eligible Options Texting System purchase, may be cancelled at any time.
Where Options AI access is provided through an active Options Academy membership, cancelling your membership will immediately terminate your access to Options AI.
Cancellation prevents future recurring billing but does not entitle you to a refund of payments already processed unless otherwise required by law.
(15) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
In the event that you do not pay us for any reason including, without limitation, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to terminate your access to any products, services, memberships, subscriptions, applications, or future purchases associated with your account.
We may also refuse future purchases or access to our services.
(16) Additional Purchase Terms
All additional conditions relating to your purchase may be stated elsewhere on the applicable sales page and checkout page, or product-specific terms and conditions.
