I’ve lost my login details. How do I find them?

When you signed up, we sent your login details to your inbox. Please search for the email titled: ‘Your Login Details for Options Texting Course’. Inside you’ll find details of your username and login link to access your online training.

If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or promotions tab. Sometimes our emails end up there. If you still can’t find it, please check any other email accounts you may have. In case you signed up with a different email address.

Alternatively, please login via our homepage: www.optionstexting.com and tap LOGIN in the top right corner. From there you can find a password reset link.

So if you do not receive a password reset email via the optionstexting.com login page, then you likely purchased via optionsmembers.com. I’ve forgotten my password. How do I change it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you will find a link to reset your password on the login page. Navigate to www.optionstexting.com/login. On this page you’ll find the link to reset your password:

You can also change your password inside the Members Area via the ‘My Account’ page. Simply navigate to ‘My Account’ -> scroll down to ‘Account Details’ and tap ‘Edit’ -> on the ‘Update Account Details’ screen you can change your password.

How do I cancel my subscription to Options Academy?

If for any reason you want to end your subscription to Options Academy, you can cancel by sending an email to our customer support team via: support@optionstexting.com.

If you’ve done this already, please wait for our team to get back to you. You can expect to receive an answer to your email within 24 hours (usually a lot quicker).

Why was my card charged more than $47?

OPTIONS is billed at $47 USD. If you’re not from the US, the $47 USD charge is converted by your bank into your local currency at the current exchange rate.

For example, if you purchased OPTIONS from Canada or Australia, the dollar equivalent might be slightly more in CAD or AUD on your bank statement. So don’t worry, it’s effectively the same amount, just charged in your local currency.

Why are there multiple charges on my card?

Did you buy any additional products from us? We sometimes give you the option of adding complementary products to your purchases. If you see multiple charges, then you took us up on that.

To check what products you purchased, look at the emails you received on the date of your original purchase. Search in your inbox for this exact phrase: “Order Confirmation”. That will pull up the invoices we sent your way. Or, just contact us and we’ll let you know!

IMPORTANT: If you email us outside of normal business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST, Mon – Fri), the wait for an initial response may be longer than usual. If it’s a weekend, we will get back to you on Monday.

If you’ve already emailed support, please be patient. You can expect to receive an answer to your email within 24 hours (usually a lot quicker). Please do not send multiple emails regarding the same topic as this slows our response time to yours and others’ inquiries.
